| dc.description.abstract | O estudo da inteligência e das informações policiais é imprescindível numa instituição como a Polícia de Segurança de Segurança, sendo o conhecimento sabedoria e a sabedoria geradora de tomadas de decisões eficientes e eficazes. É fundamental o acesso à informação onde tudo se desenrola – o terreno ou nível tático, no qual o conhecimento atempado pelo comandante de todas as informações referentes ao contexto e à envolvente durante as operações policiais, possam auxiliar a sua tomada de decisão, numa lógica just-in-time. Para tal, realizámos o estudo sobre a inteligência policial tática, aquela que fornece aos comandantes táticos do policiamento a perceção das dinâmicas da realidade. No caminho da definição do pretendido, entendemos relevante fazer um enquadramento sobre o Intelligence Led Pollicing e a relação deste com outros modelos de policiamento, a intelligence e as informações policiais, a organização destas e sua definição no Sistema de Inteligência Policial e percecionar a relação de necessidade da intelligence ao nível tático, como ferramenta de auxílio à tomada de decisão e, consequentemente, potenciar a qualidade da ação do comandante tático. | |

In the way of defining what is intended, we believe it is relevant to make a framework on intelligence and police information, their organization and their definition in the Police Intelligence System and to perceive the relationship of need for intelligence at the tactical level, as a tool aid decision making and, consequently, enhance the quality of the tactical commander´s action. | |
