Abstract(s)
São complexos os novos factores que afectam a segurança e saúde no trabalho, como a estrutura demográ$ca,
a disseminação de novas tecnologias e a alteração na importância de sectores económico. Contudo, o stresse
relacionado com o trabalho mantém-se actual, nas nossas empresas “22% of the working population is a)ected
by work-related stress” (AESST, 2010).
Os enfermeiros representam um grupo pro$ssional, em que o stresse relacionado com o trabalho é uma realidade
(ICN, 2007).
Os resultados obtidos evidenciaram que das subescalas de recursos de coping, o suporte social foi a mais utilizada
pelos participantes
