O mundo do trabalho sofreu transformações significativas nos modelos de trabalho, incluindo o híbrido, o presencial e o remoto. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a influência desses modelos na motivação dos trabalhadores para o desempenho das suas funções. A metodologia utilizada foi mista, incluindo questionários com perguntas fechadas direcionadas a empregadores, trabalhadores-estudantes e trabalhadores, além de entrevistas com participantes de diferentes faixas etárias. Os resultados mostram que o modelo de trabalho afeta a motivação e o desempenho dos colaboradores, destacando as preferências pelo modelo híbrido.
The world of work has undergone significant transformations in work models, including hybrid, in-person and remote. This study aims to analyze the influence of these models on the motivation of workers to perform their duties. The methodology used was mixed, including questionnaires with closed questions aimed at employers, student workers and workers, as well as interviews with participants of different age groups. The results show that the work model affects employee motivation and performance, highlighting preferences for the hybrid model.
