The germination rate obtained in vitro was 10%. As regards the physicochemical characterization of the berries, a pH of about 3 and a soluble solids content (ºBrix) of about 8 were registered. Using the ATR-FTIR and FT-Raman spectroscopic techniques, the nutritional analysis high moisture content, fibers, carbohydrates and phenolic compounds. After harvesting, the berries were kept for consumption in storage periods of two and four weeks at room temperature and at 4 ° C, respectively.
