Abstract(s)
A simulação
A presente dissertação pretende
integram no ambiente simulado. O sistema sintético proposto permite observar o impacto
Military simulation is an activity that has existed for several years, and its main function is to bring training situations to combat situations as close as possible. The use of simulation for training purposes has been increasing, as an alternative to real training, given the constant evolution of technology and the development of associated war. One of the missions for which the Portuguese Navy values itself is the teaching and training of its military. This can be provided by simulating in 2D scenarios that replicate reality, promoting interaction between user and virtual environment in what are the command procedures of a low-ranking forces. This dissertation aims to offer the Portuguese Navy a tool capable of supporting the teaching and training of leaders of low-ranking forces through simulation. For this, it was necessary to identify which technologies are most appropriate for their development, through the survey of their requirements and study the procedures used by these forces that best integrated into the simulated environment. The proposed synthetic system allows us to observe the impact that a simulated environment can have on the training and teaching of leaders of low-ranking forces
