Abstract(s)
A expressão popular “entre marido e mulher não se mete a colher”, está cada
vez mais em desuso, uma vez que, a violência doméstica é considerada crime público,
como se pode verificar no artigo 152º do Código Penal. Contudo, a violência doméstica
afeta não só os progenitores, mas também, as crianças e os jovens que vivenciam e
assistem a estes comportamentos.
A violência doméstica é crime, independentemente da forma como é praticada
pelo(a) agressor(a).
Conhecer esta realidade, através da elaboração de diagnósticos, é, por isso,
crucial para a definição de estratégias de intervenção, necessárias e adequadas a quem
sofre este flagelo. Nesse sentido, este relatório de estágio contempla uma análise,
baseada num conjunto de dados relativos a Processos de Promoção e Proteção de
violência doméstica, referentes ao ano de 2019, bem como, dados do presente ano,
recolhidos através de inquéritos aplicados online aos gestores de caso da Comissão de
Proteção de Crianças e Jovens de Santa Maria da Feira.
Salienta-se que, tendo por base todos os dados apresentados, foi desenvolvido
um projeto de intervenção denominado “Sentir o Amor”, que conta com um total de 15
ações. Este projeto tem como principal objetivo, prevenir a violência doméstica junto
das crianças e dos jovens residentes no concelho de Santa Maria da Feira. Informa-se
que, o mesmo não foi aplicado devido às especificidades do local de estágio,
nomeadamente, o facto de ser facultativo a deslocação de crianças (até aos 12 anos), e
quando sucedia eram acompanhadas pelos seus progenitores.
The popular portuguese expression “don´t put the spoon between husband and wife”, is increasingly out of use, since domestic violence is considered a public crime, as can be seen in article 152º, of the Penal Code. However, it affects not only parents, but also children and young people who experience and watch these behaviors. This kind of violence is a crime, regardless of how it is practiced by the aggressor. Knowing this reality, a diagnosis elaboration, is, therefore, crucial for the definition of necessary and adequate intervention strategies for those who suffer from this scourge. In this sense, this internship report includes an analysis, based on a set of data relating to Promotion and Protection of Domestic Violence Processes, from 2019, as well as data from this year, collected through online surveys applied to Children and Young People Protection case managers of Santa Maria da Feira. Is should be noted that, based on all the data presented, an intervention project called “Fell the Love” was developed, which includes a total of 15 actions. This project´s main objective is to prevent domestic violence among children and young people living in Santa Maria da Feira´s country. Please be informed that the same was not applied due to the specifics of the internship location, mostly, due to the fact that children´s trips (up to 12 years old) was optional, and when this happened, they went along with their parents.
