O ebook procura reunir, sistematizar e valorizar um conjunto diversificado de experiências pedagógicas desenvolvidas no âmbito do projeto STEP+, contribuindo para a disseminação do conhecimento produzido, para a partilha de práticas inovadoras e para a consolidação de uma cultura de inovação pedagógica no ensino superior português.
Ao reunir contributos provenientes das áreas da saúde, turismo, hospitalidade, gestão e tecnologias marítimas, esta publicação evidencia que a inovação pedagógica constitui um desafio transversal a todas as áreas do conhecimento. Simultaneamente, demonstra que muitos dos desafios enfrentados pelas instituições de ensino superior são comuns, independentemente das especificidades disciplinares, exigindo abordagens colaborativas, abertura à experimentação pedagógica e uma permanente reflexão sobre os processos de ensino e aprendizagem.
This ebook seeks to gather, systematize, and highlight a diverse range of pedagogical experiences developed within the scope of the STEP+ project, thereby contributing to the dissemination of the knowledge produced, the sharing of innovative practices, and the consolidation of a culture of pedagogical innovation in Portuguese higher education. By bringing together contributions from the fields of health, tourism, hospitality, management, and maritime technologies, this publication demonstrates that pedagogical innovation is a challenge that cuts across all areas of knowledge. At the same time, it shows that many of the challenges faced by higher education institutions are shared—regardless of disciplinary specificities—requiring collaborative approaches, an openness to pedagogical experimentation, and ongoing reflection on teaching and learning processes.
