Abstract(s)
A adolescência, é uma etapa do desenvolvimento humano de grande vulnerabilidade e suscetibilidade ao consumo de substâncias ilícitas, podendo repercutir-se de forma negativa na sua saúde mental.
O meio escolar, local onde decorreu o estágio final, é um setting de eleição para uma abordagem na vertente preventiva deste fenómeno.
Neste sentido, o Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, ao aplicar as suas competências, nomeadamente: a utilização do self terapêutico, intervenções de âmbito psicoterapêutico, socioterapêutico, psicossocial e psicoeducacional, potencia o juízo crítico sobre a sua situação de saúde, promove estratégias de coping e simultaneamente estimula a adoção de comportamentos salutogénicos.
Face a esta problemática, foi delineado um projeto de intervenção com a seguinte temática: Consumo de Substâncias Psicoativas por adolescentes em contexto escolar- Projeto de Formação para Docentes, tendo como base uma revisão integrativa da literatura.A operacionalização deste projeto pretende tornar a atuação do corpo docente mais consistente face à problemática, responsabilizando os adolescentes/família nas tomadas de decisão, para a adoção de estilos de vida saudáveis.
O presente relatório tem como objetivos gerais:
• Descrever e analisar as atividades que conduziram à aquisição das competências comuns do Enfermeiro Especialista, das competências específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica e de Mestre em Enfermagem.
• Elaborar um projeto de intervenção com a seguinte temática: Consumo de Substâncias Psicoativas por Adolescentes em Contexto Escolar- Projeto de Formação para Docentes.
Adolescence is a stage of human development of great vulnerability and susceptibility to the consumption of illicit substances, and can have negative repercussions on their mental health. The school environment, where the final stage took place, is an election setting for an approach in the preventive aspect of this phenomenon. In this sense, the Specialist Nurse of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, in applying their competences, namely: the use of the therapeutic self, psychotherapeutic, socio-therapeutic, psychosocial and psychoeducational interventions, potentiates critical judgment about their health situation, promotes strategies of cooping and simultaneously stimulates the adoption of salutogenic behaviors. Faced with this problem, an intervention project was designed with the following theme: Consumption of Psychoactive Substances of adolescents in school context - Teacher Training Project, based on an integrative literature review. The operationalization of this project intends to make the work of the faculty more consistent with the problematic, making the adolescents / family responsible in the decision making, for the adoption of healthy lifestyles. This report has as its general objectives: • Describe the activities that led to the acquisition of the common skills of the Specialist Nurse, the specific competences of the Specialist Nurse in Mental and Psychiatric Health Nursing and the Master of Nursing. • Develop an intervention project with the following theme: Consumption of Psychoactive Substances by Adolescents in School Context- Teacher Training Project.
