Abstract(s)
Este relatório de Estágio representa a conclusão do ciclo de estudos do Mestrado em Enfermagem, sendo a área de especialização a Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na pessoa em situação crítica. Nele é apresentado o projeto de intervenção profissional desenvolvido ao longo do estágio final, que teve lugar numa unidade de cuidados intensivos. A teoria escolhida para a construção do relatório, foi a Teoria do Conforto de Katharine Kolcaba.
O objetivo geral do projeto firmou a identificação das intervenções preventivas da contenção mecânica na pessoa em situação critica, face às necessidades verificadas no serviço. Realizou-se um artigo científico, uma norma de procedimento e uma formação em serviço, contribuindo para uma melhor qualidade na prestação de cuidados. Utilizamos as diferentes etapas da metodologia de projeto para a elaboração do relatório final.
O presente relatório termina com a análise e reflexão crítica sobre a aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na pessoa em situação crítica e das competências de Mestre em Enfermagem
This Internship report represents the conclusion of the Master's in Nursing study cycle, with the area of specialization being Medical-Surgical Nursing for people in critical situations. The professional intervention project developed throughout the final internship, which took place in an intensive care unit, is presented. The theory supported for the construction of the report was Katharine Kolcaba Comfort Theory. The general objective of the project is to identify preventive interventions for mechanical restraint in people in critical situations, given the needs identified in the service. A scientific article, a standard of procedures and in-service training were carried out, contributing to a better quality in the provision of care. We use the different stages of the project methodology to prepare the final report. This report ends with analysis and critical reflection on the acquisition and development of the common and specific skills of the Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing in people in critical situations and the skills of a Master in Nursing.
