Abstract(s)
A doença da criança/jovem representa uma situação de crise com necessidade de mudanças
comportamentais repentinas e reestruturação da unidade familiar, exigindo a assistência por
enfermagem especializada que envolva a criança/jovem e a sua família na prestação de
cuidados.
O presente relatório, desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Enfermagem, na área de
Saúde Infantil e Pediatria, pretende apresentar a implementação de um projeto de intervenção,
a parceria de cuidados perante um processo de doença na criança/jovem e a família, onde são
descritas as várias etapas, segundo a metodologia de trabalho de projeto e demonstramos o
desenvolvimento de competências comuns e especificas de enfermeiro especialista em saúde
infantil e pediátrica, e de mestre em enfermagem, alicerçados nos modelos de Parceria de
Cuidados de Anne Casey e nos Cuidados Centrados na Família.
The child/young person's illness represents a crisis situation requiring sudden behavioral changes and restructuring of the family unit, requiring specialized nursing assistance that involves the child/young person and their family in the provision of care. This report, developed within the scope of the Master's Degree in Nursing, in the area of Child Health and Pediatrics, intends to present the implementation of an intervention project, the care partnership in the face of a disease process in the child/young person and the family, where there are described the various stages, according to the project work methodology and it is demonstrated the development of common and specific competencies of a nurse specialist in child and pediatric health and also of a master's degree in nursing, based on Anne Casey's Care Partnership models and Centered Care Family.
