Abstract(s)
desenvolvidos neste território aproveitando as qualidades naturais e únicas deste parque,
nível do turismo ativo e cultural.

This report focuses on the analysis of the tourist competence of the Arrábida Natural Park. Data was collected through the analysis of national registers and reports in order to achieve the aforementioned objectives. Arrábida Natural Park (PNAr), the region where these tourism programmes are to be implemented, is one of the first and most emblematic Portuguese protected areas whose environmental richness and unique characteristics led to the creation of the park in 1976, covering an area that includes territories from the councils of Palmela, Sesimbra and Setúbal. Is has long been the source of inspiration for many poets, who dedicated several of their poems to the region, and is now too my inspiration for this project. Over the last few years, it has grown in popularity and tourism appeal. It is a privileged place for the realization of activities of active and cultural tourism.
