Este plano de negócios tem como principal objetivo aferir viabilidade para a
abertura e exploração de um empreendimento turístico na praia do Bilene, localizada na
província de Gaza em Moçambique. O Kaya Ka Mandoza, tem por base um edifício que
foi concebido inicialmente para uso familiar e pretende-se, com este projeto, rentabilizá lo com o aluguer de quartos e fornecimento de serviços a turistas.
O empreendimento tem atualmente oito quartos disponíveis para alugar e variados
espaços de lazer onde os hóspedes poderão desfrutar de uma estada segura e tranquila.
Para atestar a viabilidade do negócio foi elaborado uma análise detalhada que
englobou a pesquisa bibliográfica presente na revisão de literatura deste projeto e um
estudo de mercado.
Na elaboração do plano de negócios foram pormenorizados todos os processos
estratégicos e operacionais e delineado um plano financeiro que permite concluir que o
projeto é viável, uma vez que o Valor Atual Líquido é positivo em 793 783 Meticais, a
Taxa interna de Rentabilidade é de 40,12% e o Payback Period (Período de Retorno de
Investimento) é de 3 anos.
This business plan has the main objective to assess the feasibility of opening and operation a tourist establishment in Bilene beach, located in the district of Gaza in Mozambique. This establishment, named Kaya Ka Mandoza, was initially conceived for family purposes; however, it is currently intended to make the space profitable by renting rooms and providing services. The establishment currently has eight rooms available for rent and several leisure areas where the guests can enjoy a safe and quiet stay. To testify the viability of the business, a detailed study was developed, which included the collection of primary data, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data through the bibliographic research present in this project's literature review. The business plan details all strategic and operational processes, and the financial plan that allows us to conclude that the project is viable; since the Net Present Value (NPV) is positive in 793 783 Meticais, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 40.12%, and the Payback Period is 3 years.
