O presente relatório enquadrado no estágio realizado, tem como objetivo
compreender como a otimização dos pontos de venda podem gerar aumento das vendas da marca HASSU, mediante as atividades na empresa Flamingo S.A., no âmbito do cumprimento dos requisitos necessários à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Marketing do Instituto Superior Português
de Administração em Marketing.
O relatório é constituído por quatro temas importantes, Introdução, revisão
da literatura, metodologia, apresentação, análise de resultados e por uma conclusão do relatório e das temáticas.
A revisão de literatura compreendeu os seguintes temas: canais de distribuição, pontos de venda, merchandising, métricas de desempenho e estratégias de otimização.
Para recolha de dados foi aplicada uma entrevista a Diretora de Marketing e Comunicação da Flamingo e aplicado um questionário aos responsáveis pelos pontos de venda da marca HASSU.
Por último, foram feitas sugestões de melhoria, conclusões sobre os resultados e foram apresentadas as dificuldades durante a elaboração do relatório.
The present report, framed in the internship carried out, aims to understand how the optimization of the points of sale of can generate an increase in sales of the HASSU brand, through the activities in the company Flamingo S.A., in the scope of fulfilling the necessary requirements to obtain the master’s degree. in Marketing from the Instituto Superior Português de Administração em Marketing. The report consists of four important themes, Introduction, literature review, methodology, presentation, analysis of results and a conclusion of the report and the themes. The literature review comprised the following topics: distribution channels, points of sale, merchandising, performance metrics and optimization strategies. For data collection, an interview was applied to the Director of Marketing and Communication of Flamingo and a questionnaire was applied to those responsible for the points of sale of the HASSU brand. Finally, suggestions for improvement were made, conclusions about the results and difficulties during the preparation of the report were presented.
