Abstract(s)
O desenvolvimento e a execução da missão da Força Aérea só é possível devido ao emprego da energia, através de equipamentos e sistemas de apoio às atividades operacionais (aviónica, armamento, radares, telecomunicações e sistemas e redes computacionais) e através de sistemas de produção, distribuição e utilização de energia elétrica. A utilização eficiente, racional e sustentável do consumo energético é essencial para o desenvolvimento económico e diminuição dos impactos ambientais.
Esta dissertação faz a análise da implementação de fontes de energias renováveis no Campo de Tiro (CT) de Alcochete, ou seja, o trabalho tem a finalidade de avaliar a implementação técnico-económica de uma fonte de energia renovável, a energia solar fotovoltaica, em regime de autoconsumo tendo em conta as características da Unidade. Foi feita uma caracterização da radiação solar e percurso solar na região de Alcochete e do dimensionamento dos módulos fotovoltaicos, dos inversores, dos cabos e dos dispositivos de proteção que constituem o sistema fotovoltaico e respetiva configuração. Na avaliação do projeto foi feita uma estimativa da energia produzida pelo sistema fotovoltaico com as necessidades energéticas do CT de Alcochete e foi considerado o custo do sistema com parâmetros económicos de forma a aferir a viabilidade económica do sistema projetado.
Em suma, pretende-se que a dissertação forneça uma base para futuros projetos de implementação de energia solar fotovoltaica nas U/O/S da Força Aérea.
The development and execution of the Air Force mission is only possible by using energy, through equipment and support systems to the operational activities (avionics, armaments, radar, telecommunications systems and computer networks) and through production systems, distribution and the use of the electrical energy. The efficient, rational and sustainable use of energy consumption is essential for an economic development and to reduce environmental impacts. This dissertation does an analysis of the implementation of renewable energy sources in the Campo de Tiro de Alcochete (CT), i.e., photovoltaic energy, to allow for a self-consumption regime, taking into account the characteristics of the Unit. To do this, a characterization of the solar radiation and solar path was made for the region of Alcochete. Furthermore, the photovoltaic modules, the inverters, the cables and the protection devices that constitute the photovoltaic system and the configuration of the general system were also designed during this work. Finally, an estimation of the energy needed to meet all energy needs of the CT of Alcochete was made and the cost of the system was considered with economic parameters in order to assess the economic viability of the projected system. In summary, it is intended for this dissertation to provide the basis for future projects to implement photovoltaic energy in the U / O / S of the Air Force.
