Abstract(s)
O presente relatório do Projeto de Investigação apresenta a realização de um estudo
implementado em dois contextos educativos, nos quais se desenvolveram os estágios em
Creche e Jardim de Infância com o título Educuidar em Educação de Infância: os sentidos
das vivências de uma estagiária.
Neste projeto, procurei compreender de que forma o educuidar estava presente nas
práticas pedagógicas das educadoras; qual a valorização e significado atribuído ao
cuidado em ambas as valências; e como poderei, futuramente, definir a minha prática com
base na indissociabilidade entre cuidado e educação, promovendo o desenvolvimento e
bem-estar da criança. Seguindo esta linha orientadora procurei dar resposta à questão de
partida: De que forma pode o Educador promover o Educuidar em Educação de Infância?
Neste sentido, a presente investigação foi desenvolvida com base na metodologia de
investigação-ação, assente numa abordagem de cariz qualitativa, da qual fazem parte
procedimentos de recolha e tratamento de informação que completam todo o processo de
investigação, nomeadamente, a pesquisa documental, entrevistas e observação com
recurso a registos através de fotografias e notas de campo.
As experiências vivenciadas no decorrer dos momentos de estágio em ambos os
contextos educativos, as minhas perspetivas e conceções enquanto futura educadora,
assim como as das educadoras cooperantes, encontram-se descritas ao longo do presente
relatório. As intervenções realizadas nos contextos referidos para além de auxiliarem a
investigação, pretendem promover melhorias significativas que levaram, posteriormente,
a uma análise e reflexão sobre o processo investigativo.
O projeto de investigação permitiu aprofundar conhecimentos relativamente à prática
do educuidar, considerando-o determinante no desenvolvimento da criança, nos mais
diversos níveis. O educuidar assenta na indissociabilidade entre cuidar e educar,
promovendo e valorizando a criação de vínculos afetivos entre o adulto e a criança,
fundamentais para o desenvolvimento e bem-estar das crianças.
The present report of the Research Project presents the realization of a study implemented in two educational contexts, in which the internships were developed in Nursery and Kindergarten with the title Educare in Childhood Education: the senses and experiences of a intern. In this project, I tried to understand how educating was present in the pedagogical practices of the educators; what is the value and meaning attributed to care in both valences; and how, in the future, I will be able to define my practice based on the inseparability of care and education, promoting the development and well-being of the child. Following this guideline, I tried to answer the starting question: How can the Educator promote Educating in Childhood Education? In this sense, the present investigation was developed based on the action- research methodology, based on a qualitative approach, which includes procedures for collecting and processing information that complete the entire investigation process, namely documentary research, interviews and observation using records through photographs and field notes. The experiences lived during the internship in the both educational contexts, my perspectives and conceptions as a future educator, as well as those of the cooperating educators, are described throughout this report. The interventions carried out in the above mentioned contexts, in addition to helping the investigation, aim to promote significant improvements that later led to an analysis and reflection on the process. The research project made it possible to expand the knowledge regarding the practice of educare, considering it decisive in the development of the child, at the most diverse levels. educare is based on the inseparability between caring and educating, promoting and valuing the creation of affective bonds between the adult and the child, fundamental for the development and well-being of children.
