Abstract(s)
A metodologia
The present study aims to analyze Risk Perception as well as Safety Behaviors in Civil Construction of a Resort, called " La Réserve - Natural Resort & SPA". The methodology used was based on the application of a questionnaire given to workers operating on the construction site. The questionnaire is divided into four essential parts, namely the personal determinants, the specific determinants, the Sociodemographic characterization and the perception of Safety behaviors. Regarding the obtained data, it appears that in the personal determinants, those that seem to have the greatest impact on the perception of risks and safety behaviors on the construction site are the Risk Estimate, Knowledge/Novelty, Inertia and lack of time or means. The data still reveal that age, educational qualifications, the contract of employment and the fact that there have been accidents at work before, are the Sociodemographic variables that have a greater significant influence on risk assessment. After analyzing the data obtained, it is possible to frame behaviors and make predictions in order to avoid unwanted events that may affect an individual, a group or an organization as a whole. This study reveals a base of results that shows not only the successes, but also the flaws found in the constant search for solutions for risk assessments and the implementation of appropriate measures in order to avoid the occurrence of accidents. Therefore, this study will serve as a guideline for the team responsible for safety on the job site, to make a more framed and efficient planning with reality and to achieve the goal of zero (0) accidents by the end of the contract.
