O presente relatório surge no âmbito da conclusão do ciclo de estudos do Mestrado de Gestão
de Recursos Humanos da Universidade Europeia.
O estágio foi realizado no departamento de Outsourcing do GRUPO SOFT e as atividades
foram desenvolvidas no âmbito dos processos de gestão de remunerações e benefícios
utilizando o programa GESVENGRH desenvolvido pela empresa.
O documento apresenta a descrição do estágio, uma revisão teórica da temática visada, a
descrição da organização, as atividades realizadas neste período e termina com uma reflexão
crítica sobre o período de estágio.
The follow report comes as a step for the conclusion of the European University Human Resource Management Master's degree. The internship was carried out at the outsourcing department of GRUPO SOFT and the activities were developed within the scope of processes of remunerations’ management and benefits using the program GESVENGRH developed by the company. The document presents the internship description, a theoretical revision of the subject, company description, the activities carried out in this period and at the end a critical reflection on the internship period.
