Esta projeto insere-se no âmbito da Segurança e Higiene do Trabalho (SHT) no setor do retalho alimentar (hipermercado), especificamente no departamento de frescos.
Sendo um modelo de negócio com uma expressão elevada no nosso país, torna-se obrigatório o desenvolvimento de conhecimentos profundos dos riscos associados aos equipamentos utilizados na operação.
Este projeto tem como objetivo principal a análise e avaliação de riscos de equipamentos utilizados na seção de frescos através da metodologia MARAT. É proposto verificar as atividades ocorridas em várias seções onde existe o risco na operação de algumas máquinas e consequentemente implementar medidas preventivas e ou corretivas para as várias funções.
A metodologia utilizada neste projeto pode ser dividida em quatro principais pontos: pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema, apresentação do estudo de caso prático, implementação de medidas preventivas e conclusões.
The presente project concerns the ambit of health and safety (SHT) in the food retail sector (hypermarket), specifically in the fresh department. Being a business model with a high expression in our country, it is required the development of deep knowledge of the hazards associated with the equipment used in the operation. This project has as main objective the analysis and risk assessment of equipment used in the fresh section through the MARAT methodology. It is proposed to check the activities that occurred in several sections where there is a risk in the operation of some machines and consequently implement preventive and corrective measures to the various functions. The methodology used in this project can be divided into four main points: bibliographical research on the subject, practical case study presentation, implementing preventive measures and conclusions.
