Abstract(s)
O estudo apresentado tem como objetivo verificar a potencialidade da utilização da banda desenhada como recurso educativo em sala de aula, na disciplina de História e Geografia de Portugal em uma turma do 5º ano da Escola Básica Integrada. Com esse intuito, foi elaborado um projeto para que os (as) alunos (as) conseguissem atingir os objetivos programáticos da disciplina num determinado subtema do programa utilizando somente a banda desenhada.
Em termos metodológicos este estudo segue uma abordagem qualitativa, de cariz interpretativo, que se baseia numa determinada experiencia de ensino. Foram delineadas duas estratégias diferentes e utilizados diferentes instrumentos didáticos para implementar o projeto e permitir a recolha de dados.
Os dados recolhidos apontam para uma avaliação muito positiva na utilização da Banda Desenhada como recurso educativo no contexto de ensino em que o estudo foi realizado.
This study is intended to verify the capability of using the comics as educational resource in the classroom, in the subject of History and Geography of Portugal in a class of grade five of primary school. With this aim, a project was developed so that students could achieve programmatic objectives of the discipline in a given subtopic of the syllabus using only comics. As methodology is concerned, this study follows a qualitative approach, interpretive nature, which is based in a specific educational experience. Two different strategies were outlined and different didactic instruments used to implement the project and allow data gathering. Ate the final, this study points to a very positive evaluation of the use of comics as an educational resource in the educational context in which the study was developed.
