Abstract(s)
O presente estudo tem como objetivo, estudar a perceção das
práticas de gestão de recursos humanos verdes e o engagement
bem como averiguar o efeito moderador da geração Pós
Millennials na relação entre as duas variáveis de início citadas.
A amostra conta com 120 participantes, sendo 84 do sexo
feminino (70%) e 36 do sexo masculino (30%), empregados em
empresas portuguesas, o presente estudo de natureza não
exploratória, por conveniência, teve o apoio para recolha de
dados, um questionário online dividido em 3 seções e
analisados através do programa SPSS. Considera-se as
seguintes hipóteses H1: Existe uma relação positiva entre as
práticas de gestão de recursos humanos verdes e o engagement;
H2: A geração modera a relação entre as práticas de gestão de
recursos humanos verdes e o engagement.
Os resultados confirmam as hipóteses do estudo, as práticas
de gestão de recursos humanos verdes explicam 52,5% da
variabilidade do engagement e o efeito é estaticamente
significativo. E para confirmar o efeito moderador de forma
mais eficaz recorreu-se ao PROCESS.
O estudo contribui também com vários aspetos das práticas
de recursos humanos verdes, também destaca a importância de
adotar iniciativas ecológicas para promover resultados positivos
para os funcionários e o desempenho organizacional.
The present study aims to study the perception of green human resource management practices and engagement, as well as to investigate the moderating effect of the Post Millennials generation in the relationship between the two initial variables mentioned.
