Abstract(s)
O presente relatório pretende refletir o percurso enquanto futura mestre e enfermeira especi-
The need for technical-scientific differentiation of nurses is particularly evident in the most critical and emergent situations. Learning through experience presents itself as a path to ex- pertise in specialized nursing care, and there are learning strategies that can add security in this regard. This report aims to reflect on the journey as a future master and specialist nurse, with a focus on the final stage in intensive care unit, during which an intervention project was outlined to contribute to the improvement of the quality of nursing care for persons in emergent situations requiring extracorporeal life support, using simulation-based training and debriefing strategies. The reflection was anchored in Benner, Kyriakidis, and Stannard's Theory of Clini- cal Wisdom and Interventions in Acute and Critical Care, enabling the acquisition and devel- opment of skills related to the master's degree and specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing – Person in Critical Situation.
