Abstract(s)
In such a dynamic and emerging market, where diversity and competitiveness gain voice, companies are obliged to innovate more, rethink their strategies, and reposition their presence in such a demanding market, showing effective and immediate results. In this regard, organizations should reaffirm their market betting, increasingly, innovate in differentiation, whether for quality, price, creativity or after-sales services, looking thus to gain greater notoriety in such a competitive world as is the market current business and, in particular, in Angola. Combining these factors to the trade sector in Angola, this Professional Project aims to conclude the main difficulties in the organization and planning of fairs, through the analysis of the International FIB-Fair of Benguela, as a case study. Based on exploratory study, a methodology was implemented (supported by scientific papers and documents, interviews and a questionnaire) to better understand the problems that the trade sector in Angola is currently facing.
