dc.description.abstractO enfermeiro na sua prática diária depara-se diversas vezes com a necessidade de comunicar más notícias, notícias essas que causam constrangimentos e angústia a quem a comunica, assim como aos recetores. O projeto de intervenção desenvolvido durante o estágio final foi baseado nessa prática, dando visibilidade ao tema “Comunicação de Más Notícias em contexto de Morte Súbita no Serviço de Urgência”, através de uma Scoping Review, uma sessão de formação sobre a temática e a elaboração de um Poster Científico realizados durante o estágio. Ainda a elaboração de um protocolo “Comunicação de Más Notícias no contexto de Morte Súbita no Serviço de Urgência Médico Cirúrgica: Protocolo SPIKES” e a realização de um cartão de bolso acerca desse protocolo por forma a facilitar a transmissão dessas notícias. Com este relatório foi possível descrever e analisar criticamente o percurso efetuado nos estágios e o projeto de intervenção, comprovando com base na teoria e evidência científica as competências do enfermeiro especialista em médico-cirúrgica na vertente de Pessoa em Situação Crítica e de Mestre em Enfermagem, decorrendo ainda a reflexão crítica sobre a aquisição dessas competências, com o objetivo de desenvolver também saberes teórico-práticos da enfermagem nesta áreapt_PT
dc.description.abstractNurses in their daily practice are faced with the need to communicate bad news several times, news that causes embarrassment and anguish to those who communicate it, as well as to the recipients. The intervention project developed during the final stage was based on this practice, giving visibility to the theme “Communication of Bad News in context of Sudden Death in the Emergency Service”, through a Scoping Review, a training session on the theme and the elaboration of a Scientific Poster made during the internship. Still the elaboration of a protocol “Communication of Bad News in the context of Sudden Death in the Medical Surgical Emergency Service: SPIKES Protocol” and the realization of a pocket card about this protocol in order to facilitate the transmission of these news. With this report it was possible to describe and critically analyze the path taken in the internships and the intervention project, proving, based on theory and scientific evidence, the skills of the specialist nurse in medical-surgical in the aspect of People in Critical Situation and Master in Nursing, there is also a critical reflection on the acquisition of these skills, with the objective of also developing theoretical and practical knowledge of nursing in this areapt_PT
