| dc.description.abstract | A cultura de segurança e a segurança do paciente, apesar de serem temas percebidos em tempos remotos, ganharam destaque no final do último século. Face a isso, considerou-se conhecer a cultura de segurança e implementar medidas para a sua melhoria. Assim, o objetivo geral deste estudo foi identificar e aprimorar o conhecimento da equipe funcional de uma unidade de saúde usando como instrumento de coleta de dados o questionário HSOPSC e atividades educativas como principal estratégia. Houve melhora nítida em 6 das 12 dimensões pesquisadas, com ênfase na dimensão sobre expectativas do supervisor/chefe e as ações promotoras da segurança. As atividades, que visaram melhorar o conhecimento da demanda inquirida, conseguiram proporcionar uma maior adesão de protocolos para prevenção e controle de eventos adversos evitáveis e estimular a prática assistencial segura. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Despite of being perceived in remote times, the security culture and the patient safety gained distinction at the end of the last century. Hence, it was considered to know the security culture and to implement measures to improve it. Thus, the general objective of this study is to identify and improve the knowledge of the functional team of a health unit using the HSOPSC questionnaire and educational activities as the main strategy as data collection instruments. There was sheer improvement in 6 of the 12 dimensions surveyed, with emphasis on the dimension about the supervisor / boss expectations and the actions to promote safety. The activities that aimed to improve the knowledge of the respondent demand were able to provide a greater adhesion of protocols for prevention and control of adverse events that could be avoided and to stimulate the safe care practice. | pt_PT |
