Abstract(s)
Vivemos numa sociedade globalizada, unida por valores e desejos comuns, porém
cada vez mais complexa, competitiva e dinâmica, na qual o tecido empresarial é
marcado por elevados níveis de exigência, instabilidade, complexidade e, ainda, de
imprevisibilidade, em consequência da alteração constante das prioridades dos
indivíduos.
Deste modo, face à alteração dos modos de vida da sociedade moderna, torna-se
indiscutível a necessidade de reinvenção e de profissionalização dos recursos
associados às práticas de Turismo, lazer, saúde e de bem-estar, sustentadas em novas,
estratégias, modelos de negócio e ainda, ofertas turísticas, de maneira a manter as
organizações competitivas no mercado onde laboram, assim como alcançarem o tão
desejado sucesso empresarial.
Com o intuito de fazer face à realidade anteriormente exposta, surgiu a curiosidade
de elaborar um Trabalho de Projeto assente na conceção e no desenvolvimento de um
empreendimento turístico alternativo, sustentado nos conceitos de glamping, holístico e
vocacionado para os segmentos de desporto, saúde e de bem-estar, cuja localização
pretendida situa-se na Costa Vicentina.
Deste modo, o objetivo primordial do presente Projeto consiste na conceção de
uma oferta turística capaz de ir ao encontro dos desejos e dos gostos dos clientes e,
consequentemente, satisfazer as necessidades de um público cada vez mais atento e
exigente, de forma a proporcionar-lhe vivências únicas, diferenciadoras e marcantes.
Como tal, e de forma a sustentar a conceção e o desenvolvimento do produto
turístico em questão, na perspetiva de produto, foi realizado um estudo de mercado,
sustentado num inquérito por questionário a cem indivíduos, de forma a analisar a
disponibilidade e a aceitabilidade do potencial público-alvo face à ideia de negócio.
Desta forma, através dos resultados obtidos no estudo de mercado efetuado,
validou-se a existência de procura turística, sustentada na aceitabilidade e
disponibilidade dos potenciais clientes, face à conceção e ao desenvolvimento do
produto turístico em questão.

In that way, given the changig lifestyles of modern society, the need for reinvention and professionalization of resources associated with the practices of tourism, leisure, health and wellness, sustained by new strategies, business models and even tourist offers, in order to keep organizations competitive in the market where they work, as well as achieve the much desired business success. In order to face the reality previously exposed, the curiosity arose to elaborate a Work Project, sustained by the concepts of glamping, holistic and geared towards the sports, health and wellness segments, whose intended location is on Costa Vicentina. In that way, the primary objective of this project is to design a tourist offer able to meet the desires and tastes of customers and, consequently, meet the needs of an increasingly attentive and demanding public, in order to provide them with unique experiences, differentiating and srtiking. As such, and in order to support the design and development of the tourism product in question, from a product perspetive, a market study was conducted, supported by a questionnaire survey to one hundred individuals, in order to analyze the availability and acceptbility of the potential target audience to the business idea. In this way, through the results obtained in the market study, carried out, the existence of tourism demand was validated, based on the acceptability and availability of potencial customers, in relation to design and development of the tourism producto in question.
