Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo a descrição das atividades realizadas com vista à aquisição de competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstétrica em contexto de prática clínica, tendo decorrido numa Unidade Local de Saúde do Norte do país, com cuidados diferenciados.
Para a sua concretização, foi efetuada uma metodologia descritiva, tendo por base uma componente crítico-reflexiva das práticas clínicas observadas e realizadas em estágio, suportada pela evidência científica.
Com vista à aquisição de competências, o presente relatório apresenta a conceção de cuidados que o Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstétrica proporciona nos diferentes contextos clínicos, nomeadamente do Bloco de partos, no Serviço de internamento de grávidas com complicações e no Serviço de internamento de puerpério, tendo por base as competências a si atribuídos pelo Regulamento de Competências Específicas. Sendo o posicionamento e a mobilidade um tema de grande interesse pela capacidade que apresentamos, com o poder do nosso corpo, em alcançar diversos resultados positivos; deparei-me durante o estágio no bloco de partos com questões direcionadas ao mesmo, sentido a necessidade de aprofundar conhecimento e refletir sobre esta temática. Para a sua concretização procedi à elaboração de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, incidindo nas posições e mobilidade da parturiente que podem contribuir para a evolução do trabalho de parto na presença da variedade fetal occipito-posterior, devido ao impacto significativo que apresenta no decurso do trabalho de parto.
O percurso de aquisição de competências comuns e específicas visam proporcionar uma melhoria na qualidade dos cuidados prestados à mulher, ao recém-nascido e à sua família.
This internship report aims to describe the activities carried out with a view to acquiring common and specific skills for nurses specializing in Maternal Health and Obstetric Nursing in the context of clinical practice, taking place in a Local Health Unit in the North of the country, with differentiated care. To carry it out, a described methodology was done, based on a critical-reflective component of the clinical practices observed and carried out during internship, supported by scientific evidence. With a view to acquiring skills, this report presents the conception of care that the Nurse Specialist in Maternal Health and Obstetric Nursing provides in different clinical contexts, namely the Birth Unit, the Hospitalization Service for pregnant women with complications and the Hospital Service postpartum hospitalization, based on the competencies attributed by the Specific Competences Regulation. Being positioning and mobility topics of great interest due to the ability we demonstrate, with the power of our body, to achieve various positive results; during the clinical internship at the Birth Unit, I came across questions directed at it, feeling the need to deepen knowledge and reflection on this topic. To achieve this, I carried out an integrative review of the literature, focusing on the positions and mobility of the parturient woman, which can contribute to the evolution of labor when the fetal variety is in occipito-posterior, due to the significant impact it has on the course of labor The path to acquiring common and specific skills aims to provide an improvement in the quality of care provided to women, newborns and their families.
