Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo analisar a importância das práticas de gestão de recursos humanos (PGRH), mais concretamente, acolhimento e integração, formação profissional, avaliação de desempenho, gestão de carreiras, gestão de recompensas, comunicação e celebração, de forma a perceber a influências das mesmas na permanência/fidelização dos colaboradores nas organizações.
Os dados obtidos foram recolhidos através de um questionário, obtendo-se uma amostra de 252 colaboradores de diversas organizações e de ambos os setores de atividade, privado e público.
Os resultados demonstram que as PGRH estão todas associadas à fidelização dos colaboradores, mas as práticas da formação e da recompensa são as mais importantes, as que têm uma maior influência.
The main objective of this work is to analyze the importance of human resources management practices (HRMP), more specifically, onboarding and integration, training and development, performance appraisal, career management, reward management, communication and recognition, in order to understand their influence on employee retention in organizations. Data was collected from an online survey with 252 participants from various organizations, from both private and public sectors of activity. The results show that the HRMP are all associated with the retention of employees, with training and reward practices showing the stronger association.
