Abstract(s)
O cibercrime, como tema principal deste estudo tem-se revelado, devido à sua particularidade virtual, uma das maiores problemáticas criminais do século XXI. A importância de aferir as trajetórias deste fenómeno em Portugal e de traçar perspetivas de futuro para este problema revelou-se, desta forma, de máxima importância. Todo o funcionamento da sociedade tornou-se dependente das novas tecnologias, nomeadamente da informática e, em particular, da Internet. Por um lado, a investigação criminal deste fenómeno carece da existência de uma legislação à altura das constantes evoluções tecnológicas. Por outro lado, verifica-se que a prevenção criminal do cibercrime só será possível se conjugarmos três fatores: o fator legal, o fator preventivo e a cooperação global interna.

The importance of measuring the trajectories of this phenomenon in Portugal and outline prospects for future to this problem have shown important it is. The entire functioning of society has become dependent on new technologies, especially information technology and, in particular, the Internet. On the one hand, the criminal investigation of this phenomenon requires the availability of legislation up to the constant technological developments. Moreover, it turns out that crime prevention of cybercrime will only be possible if we combine three factors: the legal factor, the preventive factor and internal global cooperation.
