Abstract(s)
O presente estudo incide sobre a temática das Infra-Estruturas do Exército, mais
especificamente sobre a influência que estas exercem sobre os jovens ingressados nas
fileiras, em relação á sua adaptação á vida militar, e ao seu nível de satisfação com a
Instituição.
Com a evolução da sociedade e o consequente aumento do nível médio de vida,
existe a tendência para que os jovens se tornem menos propensos a sacrifícios. Com o
presente trabalho pretende-se então verificar, se as instalações existentes no Exército, reúnem os requisitos considerados fundamentais, para proporcionar um bom nível de vida aos militares.
Para que o Exército possa continuar a cumprir as suas missões com sucesso, é
necessário que os seus militares se encontrem motivados e satisfeitos, pretende-se então com este estudo verificar o nível de satisfação dos militares, em relação às instalações de que dispõem, e se estas tiveram influência na sua adaptação á vida militar.
Nesta investigação utilizou-se por diversas vezes a observação directa, e as conversas informais com especialistas da área, com o intuito de analisar o actual estado das Infra-Estruturas, foram ainda realizados questionários de forma a analisar a opinião dos militares, acerca da temática abordada.
Chegou-se á conclusão, que de uma forma geral, as Infra-Estruturas do Exercito,
satisfazem as necessidades dos militares, é no entanto necessário dar prioridade á modernização de algumas áreas específicas.
Abstract This study focuses on the theme of Infrastructure of the Army, more specifically about the influence they exert on young people entered the ranks, for its adaptation to military life, and their level of satisfaction with the institution. With the evolution of society and the consequent increase in the average of life time, there is a tendency for young people to become less willing to sacrifice. In the present work is intended to then check if the existing facilities in the Army, meet the requirements considered essential to provide a good standard of life for the military. For the Army to continue, to fulfill their missions successfully, it is necessary that their troops are motivated and satisfied, it is then with this study to verify the level of satisfaction of the military, for the facilities they have, and if they had an influence on their adjustment to military life. In this research was used several times the direct observation, and informal conversations with experts in the field, in order to analyze the current state of infrastructure, questionnaires were conducted in order to examine the views of the military, on the theme addressed. It was concluded that in general, the infrastructure of the Army, meet the needs of the military, it is however necessary to give priority to modernization of some specific áreas.
