Influência da supervisão clínica no processo de integração de enfermeiros em serviços de internamento cirúrgico

A integração de profissionais de enfermagem pressupõe a aquisição/aperfeiçoamento de um conjunto de aprendizagens técnicas, onde a competência é sublimada pelos conhecimentos adquiridos e desenvolvidos na prática. Um enfermeiro recém admitido apresenta, à priori, dificuldade associada a um novo contexto, sendo fundamental a existência de um programa institucional de integração, facilitador do desenvolvimento das suas competências profissionais. A supervisão clínica apresenta-se como uma mais-valia no processo de integração, pelas vantagens no desenvolvimento de competências profissionais dos enfermeiros. Face à escassez da existência de programas estruturados e suportados em evidência científica, para a integração de enfermeiros em serviços de cirurgia, este estudo identificou os elementos que contribuem para a melhoria na integração dos enfermeiros no novo contexto de trabalho, reconhecendo a importância da supervisão clínica em enfermagem nos internamentos cirúrgicos e mapeou os elementos da supervisão clínica que influênciam a integração de enfermeiros neste contexto.
Foi desenvolvida uma Scoping review de acordo com o método do Joanna Briggs Institute- (Peter et al., 2020). Em janeiro de 2023, foi realizada uma pesquisa inicial, nas plataformas: International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews e Open Science Framework (OSF), não sendo identificados protocolos registados nem estudos relacionados com o objetivo proposto. A revisão foi registada na OSF com o identificador DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/X6HBQ. A questão foi construída segundo as recomendações do JBI e considerando a mnemônica PCC – População, Conceito e Contexto (Page et al., 2021). A estratégia de pesquisa foi desenvolvida nas bases de dados via, foram também contemplados estudos consultados na literatura cinzenta.
Os resultados obtidos na revisão efetuada, identificam de forma clara a ausência de programas de integração em serviços de internamento cirúrgicos disponíveis e aponta subsídios importantes a ter em conta na construção de um programa de integração na medida que vão influenciar o desenvolvimento profissional dos enfermeiros, a motivação e satisfação profissional, contribuindo de forma clara e inequívoca para a segurança dos doentes e qualidade dos cuidados prestados, que se resume na promoção do desenvolvimento da prática e da profissão
The integration of nursing professionals presupposes the acquisition/improvement of a set of technical learning, where competence is sublimated by the knowledge acquired and developed in practice. A newly admitted nurse presents, a priori, difficulties associated with a new context, and the existence of an institutional integration program is essential, facilitating the development of their professional skills. Clinical supervision presents itself as an added value in the integration process, due to its advantages in developing nurses' professional skills. Given the scarcity of structured programs supported by scientific evidence, for the integration of nurses in surgery services, this study identified the elements that contribute to improving the integration of nurses in the new work context, recognizing the importance of clinical supervision in nursing during surgical hospitalizations and mapped the elements of clinical supervision that influence the integration of nurses in this context. The research strategy was developed in the via databases, studies consulted in the gray literature were also included. The results obtained in the review clearly identify the absence of integration programs in surgical inpatient services available and point out important subsidies to take into account in the construction of an integration program as they will influence the professional development of nurses, the motivation and professional satisfaction, contributing in a clear and unequivocal way to patient safety and the quality of care provided, which can be summarized as promoting the development of practice and the profession.
