Abstract(s)
Este trabalho desenvolveu-se no contexto de uma tese/projeto
final de mestrado em Design Management, tendo como
principal objetivo o desenvolvimento de uma investigação por
projeto que visasse um modelo de negócio de um Hub criativo,
eficaz e sustentável, orientado para a inovação social num
contexto rural, periférico.
O desenvolvimento deste modelo de negócio teve como
referência o Creative Nature Hub, uma Associação Cultural e
Criativa, sem fins lucrativos, situada no centro de Portugal, em
concreto no concelho de Castelo Branco. Esta associação,
como várias que emergem na Europa em contextos
semelhantes, foca-se na Inovação e no Desenvolvimento do
Território, recorrendo a processos colaborativos de
networking e parcerias estratégicas para promover práticas
de Investigação Aplicada centradas na Natureza e nas Pessoas
que permitam práticas de inovação social já num novo
paradigma contemporâneo.
No final do processo de investigação, obteve-se uma proposta
de negócio modular que evolui, permitindo a transformação e
adaptação do projeto organizacional ao longo do tempo e
espaço, dentro do novo paradigma da Economia Circular e da
Sustentabilidade, visando uma melhor resposta às pessoas e
às comunidades locais com a criação de novas oportunidades
e, como consequência, proporcionar o seu bem-estar pessoal e
social.
This work was developed in the context of a master's thesis/final project in Design Management, having as its main objective the development of a project investigation that aimed at a sustainable and effective business model of a Creative Hub, oriented towards social innovation, in a rural, peripheral context. The development of this business model was based on the Creative Nature Hub, a non-profit Cultural and Creative Association located in central Portugal, specifically in the municipality of Castelo Branco. This association, like several that emerge in Europe in similar contexts, focuses on Innovation and Territory Development, using collaborative networking processes and strategic partnerships to promote Applied Research practices focused on Nature and People that enable social innovative practices in a new contemporary paradigm. At the end of the investigation process, a modular business proposal that evolves was obtained, allowing the transformation and adaptation of the organizational project over time and space, within the new paradigm of Circular Economy and Sustainability, aiming a better response to people and to local communities by creating new opportunities and, as a consequence, providing for their personal and social well-being.
