Abstract(s)
No decorrer do 3º Mestrado de Enfermagem Médico- Cirúrgica da Escola Superior
de Saúde de Setúbal, foram realizados três estágios numa unidade de cuidados intermédios
de um hospital do Algarve. No decorrer dos estágios foram abordadas duas dimensões,
uma correspondente ao projeto de intervenção em serviço (PIS) e outra correspondente ao
projeto de aprendizagem de competências (PAC).
O PIS foi desenvolvido de acordo com a metodologia de projeto em “torno da
identificação de uma problemática (problema/oportunidade) clínica de enfermagem
médico-cirúrgica, existente no contexto de estágio proposto para o curso por cada
formando, do planeamento da intervenção a realizar, da sua execução e avaliação”
Nunes, Ruivo & Lopes (2014, p.4). Incidiu na área da contenção do doente e nas medidas
alternativas, através da elaboração de um trabalho escrito, de um poster e de uma sessão
formativa, fomentando uma melhoria dos cuidados prestados aos doentes submetidos à
contenção na unidade de cuidados intermédios.
Simultaneamente à execução do PIS foi desenvolvido o PAC que apresenta como
“referencial orientador a aquisição/aprofundamento das competências específicas do
enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem em pessoa em situação crítica e/ou crónica e
paliativa” Nunes, Ruivo & Lopes (2014, p.5). Neste sentido foram consideradas as
formações realizadas que se enquadram na enfermagem médico-cirúrgica, os aportes
teóricos fornecidos nas aulas do mestrado, os trabalhos realizados, a experiência adquirida
durante os estágios e a experiência profissional de enfermeiro de urgência.
Como tal, a elaboração do relatório de trabalho de projeto “compreende-se como
metodologia reflexiva e como instrumento de aprendizagem central e integrador, que
reverte explicitamente para o processo de avaliação das aprendizagens e para a respetiva
classificação.” Nunes, Martins & Lopes (2015, p.2)
Abstract: During the 3rd Master degree in Medical Surgical-Nursing of the Setubal School of Health, there were three stages in an intermediate care unit of a hospital in the Algarve. Over the stages were addressed two dimensions, one corresponding to the service project intervention (SPI) and the other corresponding to the competencies learning project (CLP). The SPI was developed according to the project methodology "around the identification of a problematic (problem / opportunity) clinical in medical-surgical nursing, existing at the stage context proposed for the course for each student, planning to carry out the intervention, the implementation and evaluation" Nunes, Ruivo & Lopes (2014, p.4). Focused in patient restraint area and alternative measures, through the creation of a written work, a poster and a training session, promoting better care to patients undergoing restraint in intermediate care unit. At the same time of the execution of the SIP was developed the (CLP) presenting as "framework guiding the acquisition / deepening of specific competencies of specialist nurse in critical person condition and / or chronic and palliative" Nunes, Ruivo & Lopes (2014, p.5). In this sense we considered the formations made under the medical surgical nursing area, the theoretical contributions provided in the master classes, academic work realized, the experience gained during internships and work experience as an emergency nurse. As such, the preparation of the report of project work "is understood as reflexive methodology and a central integrator learning tool that explicitly reverts to the evaluation process of learning and for their classification." Nunes, Martins & Lopes (2015, p.2)
