| dc.description.abstract | Um sistema jurídico e a governança da Justiça devem representar uma projeção do contexto social, histórico, económico e político no plano material e formal. Nessa medida, importa analisar os fatores que têm vindo a precipitar, na sociedade portuguesa, a consolidação do universo de respostas emergentes e alternativas à Justiça clássica, sobretudo desde o início do século XXI, comummente designadas como meios de resolução alternativa de litígios, por forma a compreendermos os desafios que se colocam, atualmente, aos cidadãos e aos operadores do Direito. | pt_PT |
