Abstract(s)
A comunicação interdisciplinar
%ca dos enfermeiros e o “Index of Work Satisfaction” (IWS).
Background: 4e communication problems between the elements of a multidisciplinary team, including among doctors and nurses are one of the serious problems of health institutions. 4e e5ective interdisciplinary communication is a predictor of better health outcomes of the client, and signi%cant health professionals. It then becomes relevant to know how teams of health interact. Methodology: Descriptive and quantitative study, exploratory and descriptive. 4e sample, non-probability convenience or intentional, was formed by nurses in the Surgery Department of a General Hospital Central. 4e instrument of data collection included a questionnaire for socio-demographic characteristics of nurses and “Index of Work Satisfaction (IWS). Results: 4e results demonstrate a weakness in the interaction between nurses and doctors, which requires consideration not only by both professional groups but also by managers of the institution, since the di6culty of coordinated interaction and positive relationship between nurses and physicians results in environments work in unhealthy and undesirable health outcomes. Conclusions: 4e safety of health care is an interdisciplinary inexorably to all levels of professional intervention.
