O presente relatório de estágio incide sobre a perceção dos colaboradores da empresa Elevus sobre a relação que entendem existir entre o work-life balance e como e a produtividade dos colaboradores e, por sua vez, na forma como pode ter relação com o compromisso organizacional. Procurou-se também descobrir como é que o ambiente de consultoria que, por norma é um ambiente em constante mudança, se pode relacionar com o bem-estar de um determinado colaborador. O estágio foi realizado na empresa Elevus, uma empresa de recrutamento especializado que tem como objetivo encontrar talento no mercado e enquadrá-lo a diversos clientes. O estágio foi realizado no departamento de Recrutamento e Seleção na área de IT onde algumas das responsabilidades passaram por: Abordagens a candidatos; Triagem telefónica; Entrevistas; Gestão de candidatos; Colocação de Anúncios em diferentes plataformas; Entrevistas de caracter técnico aos candidatos; Utilização do Linkedin Recruiter.
A investigação, de cariz qualitativo, foi conduzida na empresa Elevus onde foram entrevistados seis elementos que foram escolhidos pelo seu grau de senioridade. A análise de conteúdo das entrevistas foi a técnica utilizada para tentar perceber o grau de importância que os colaboradores dão relativamente ao seu equilíbrio entre a vida pessoal e profissional.
Constatou-se que o regime de trabalho flexível, nomeadamente o regime de teletrabalho, são fatores que os colaboradores consideraram essenciais para garantir um bom equilíbrio entre a sua vida profissional e pessoal, o que está relacionado com bem-estar geral do colaborador.
Esta investigação visa ser um contributo não só para a área de estudo, mas também para a empresa em questão, visto que, nenhum estudo semelhante foi realizado.
This internship report focuses on the perception of the employees of the company Elevus on the relationship that they perceive to exist between work-life balance and how this can relate to employee productivity and, in turn, how it can relate to organizational commitment. We also tried to find out how the consulting environment, which is usually a constantly changing environment, can relate to the well-being of a particular employee. The internship was carried out at Elevus, a specialized recruitment company that aims to find talent on the market and fit it to various clients. The internship was carried out in the Recruitment and Selection department in the IT area where some of the responsibilities included: Approaching candidates; Telephone screening; Interviews; Managing candidates; Placing Ads in different platforms; Interviews of technical character to candidates; Using Linkedin Recruiter. A qualitative research was conducted in the company Elevus where six people were interviewed and chosen for their level of seniority. The content analysis of the interviews was the technique used to try to understand the degree of importance that employees give to their work-life balance. It was found that flexible work arrangements, namely telecommuting, are factors that employees consider essential to ensure a good work-life balance, which is related to the employee's general well-being. This research aims to be a contribution not only to the area of study, but also to the company in question, since no similar study has been conducted.
