dc.description.abstractEm Portugal é declarado, em março de 2020, o estado.de emergência, na sequência da pandemia mundial da COVID-19. O confinamento obrigatório é adotado e preferencialmente emerge como modelo.de trabalho, o Trabalho Não Presencial (TNP). Na Marinha, o TNP com recurso às Tecnologias.de Informação e Comunicação veio permitir que os recursos humanos exercessem a sua atividade profissional a partir de qualquer local e hora. Importa averiguar se é aplicável a implementação do TNP em conjugação com o Trabalho Presencial (TP) nas Unidades em Terra (UT) na Marinha Portuguesa. Um dos objetivos desta investigação individual é realizar uma análise, junto dos destinatários, sobre a implementação.do TNP em conjugação com o TP nas UT da Marinha. A metodologia.de investigação incide num raciocínio dedutivo, com recurso à técnica por questionário, utilizando uma estratégia de investigação qualitativa e quantitativa, cujo desenho de pesquisa é transversal, e do tipo estudo de caso. Decorrente da análise dos dados às UT numa amostra de 108.militares e civis, conclui-se que 92% (99) da amostra referem que a conjugação do TNP e TP pode ser aplicado às UT na Marinha. As vantagens identificadas são: i) flexibilidade de horário, ii) redução tempo despendido em deslocações, iii) aumento da produtividade e iv) acompanhamento familiar. Como constrangimentos: a) diminuição da interação social e b) dificuldade em “desligar” do trabalho. Abstract: In Portugal, a state of emergency is declared in March 2020, following the global pandemic of COVID-19. Mandatory confinement is adopted and preferably emerges as a model of work, teleworking. In the Navy, the teleworking with the use of Information and Communication Technologies has allowed human resources to exercise their professional activity from any place and time. It is important to find out if the implementation of the teleworking is applicable in conjunction with the face-to-face work (TP) in the Portuguese Navy. One of the objectives of this individual investigation is to carry out an analysis, with the recipients, on the implementation of the teleworking in conjunction with TP in the onshore units (UT) of the Navy. The research methodology focuses on a deductive reasoning, using the technique by questionnaire, using a qualitative and quantitative research strategy, whose research design is transversal, and case study type. From the analysis of the data to the UT in a sample of 108.military and civilian, it is concluded that 92% (99) of the sample states that the combination of teleworking and TP can be applied to the UT in the Navy. The advantages identified are: i) flexibility of time, ii) reduction of time spent on displacements, iii) increase in productivity and iv) family followup. As constraints: a) reduction of social interaction and b) difficulty in "disconnecting" from work.pt_PT
