O presente relatório de estágio foi desenvolvido aquando da realização de um estágio curricular na Equipa Multidisciplinar de Capacitação Digital da Direção de Recursos Humanos da autoridade turística nacional que é o Turismo de Portugal, com o objetivo de obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão de Recursos Humanos pela Universidade Europeia.
Este estágio versou fundamentalmente, sobre os aspetos da Formação, nomeadamente no que toca ao levantamento de necessidades de formação, ao registo de ações de formação na plataforma online de RH em utilização e ao acompanhamento geral do Sistema de Gestão da Formação Profissional dos colaboradores e da Comunicação Interna, nomeadamente na elaboraração da Newsletter semanal – plataforma de divulgação de variadas iniciativas de formação, inovação, informação e de Saúde e Bem-Estar para toda a organização.
This internship report was developed following the completion of a curricular internship in the department of Human Resources of the national authority in tourism, Turismo de Portugal, with the goal of obtaining a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, from the Universidade Europeia. The focus of this internship were the areas of Training, especially in what concerns the assessment of needs, the registry of training programs in the online HR platform and, generally speaking, the overall supervision of the employee’s Management System for Professional Training and of Internal Communication, especially in the making of the weekly Newsletter – where various training, innovation, information and Health-and-Well Being initiatives are shared with the entire organization.
