Atualmente, o mundo do futebol está cada vez mais famoso, mas nem sempre pelas melhores razões. É evidente que os sistemas de educação e empregabilidade no mundo atual deste setor estão desatualizados e precisam de ser corrigidos. Através da FutMagazine, sendo esta a empresa em questão, o objeto de estudo, tem como objetivo ajudar jovens estudantes, treinadores semiprofissionais e clubes a começar a sua atividade, desenvolver a sua carreira e alcançar os seus objetivos no mundo futebolístico. A empresa foi fundada em 2018 a partir do apartamento de um dos cofundadores em Lisboa, Portugal. Está em crescimento e em fase de construção de uma nova equipa de trabalho, uma equipa de indivíduos inspirados, inteligentes e motivados de várias áreas distintas.
Perante o problema de os sistemas de educação não serem totalmente fundamentados, é neste panorama que o marketing digital é uma ferramenta fulcral de comunicação para ter níveis de alcance superiores. A partir de diversas estratégias é possível chegar ao público facilmente e com custos mais baixos. A FutMagazine pretende criar uma plataforma online, um website, onde seja possível a todos os seus clientes e leads, terem acesso a conteúdo teórico e prático para os ajudar a conseguir atingir o nível profissional.
A realização deste relatório traduz-se na avaliação e análise da importância da estratégia de e-mail marketing na contribuição da divulgação do conteúdo futebolístico, para treinadores em formação, que se encontra no website da empresa na totalidade.

It is evident that the education and employability systems in the current world of this sector are outdated, misleading, and need to be corrected. Through FutMagazine, this company being the object of study, aims to help young students, semi-professional coaches and clubs to start their activity, develop a career and achieve their goals in the football world. The company was founded in 2018 from the apartment of one of the co-founders in Lisbon, Portugal. A new work team is growing and under construction, a quality team that is inspired, intelligent and motivated from different areas. Faced with the problem that education systems are not all reliable, it is in this scenario that digital marketing is a key communication tool for reaching higher levels of reach. Using different strategies, it is possible to reach the public easily and at lower costs. FutMagazine intends to create an online platform, a website, where it is possible for all its customers and leads, to have access to theoretical and practical content to help them reach the professional level. The completion of this report is reflected in the assessment and analysis of the im-portance of the email marketing strategy in contributing to the dissemination of football content for coaches in training, which is found on the company's website in its entirety.
