Este relatório aborda as atividades realizadas na empresa SIBS
Processos, onde realizei um estágio curricular. Neste documento são descritos métodos e
técnicas utilizados para uma melhoria contínua interna da empresa em questão. Foca
principalmente diferentes formas de planos de incentivos a colaboradores, ações de melhoria
na jornada do colaborador na empresa e a aplicação de um modelo para melhoria contínua,
modelo Kaizen. Relativamente aos planos de incentivos, para um recorreu-se à observação de
tarefas e à cronometragem do tempo de cada uma para perceber as performances e dessa forma
traçar os objetivos e os incentivos. Na criação do outro plano de incentivos a abordagem foi
diferente, onde teve por base a gamificação, de forma a não incentivar os colaboradores
diretamente com valores monetários, mas sim aumentar a competitividade. Criaram-se também
algumas ações de melhoria de forma a melhorar a jornada do colaborador, focando os
momentos onboarding e ongoing, para que o processo de integração e o ciclo de vida dos
colaboradores na empresa melhorasse e aumentasse respetivamente. Relativamente ao modelo
Kaizen, tem como objetivo diminuir o erro e aumentar a produtividade diária dos colaboradores
e de processos. Para finalizar, é feita uma análise SWOT à empresa e à forma como relacionei
o conhecimento adquirido academicamente nas atividades desenvolvidas.
This report addresses the activities carried out at the company SIBS Processos, where I carried out a curricular internship. This document describes methods and techniques used for continuous internal improvement of the company in question. It mainly focuses on different forms of employee incentive plans, actions to improve the employee's journey in the company and the application of a model for continuous improvement, the Kaizen model. Regarding the incentive plans, for one, we used the observation of tasks and the timing of each one to understand the performances and, in this way, outline the objectives and incentives. In creating the other incentive plan, the approach was different, which was based on gamification, not to encourage employees directly with monetary values, but rather to increase competitiveness. Some improvement actions were also created in order to improve the employee's journey, focusing on the onboarding and ongoing moments, so that the integration process and the life cycle of employees in the company could improve and increase respectively. Regarding the Kaizen model, it aims to reduce errors and increase the daily productivity of employees and processes. Finally, a SWOT analysis is made of the company and the way in which I related the knowledge acquired academically in the activities developed.
