No terceiro semestre do IV Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Escola Superior de Enfermagem São José de Cluny no ano letivo 2019 – 2021, a Unidade Curricular Relatório de Estágio, preconiza a realização e apresentação pública do presente relatório, o qual teve como principais objetivos (1) evidenciar com o percurso realizado durante os ensinos clínicos I, II e III para o desenvolvimento e aquisição de competências no cuidado de Enfermagem da pessoa e família em situação crítica submetida a cirurgia cardíaca e (2) demonstrar reflexão crítica e fundamentada, na mais recente evidência científica e nos referenciais da profissão, sobre as ações realizadas e suas implicações éticas e sociais como essência dos cuidados especializados de Enfermagem.
Estruturalmente, o relatório está organizado num único capítulo, o qual realça a importância da aprendizagem contínua ao longo do percurso profissional, editado pelo percurso académico de 2º ciclo, enfatizando a importância do tornar-se Enfermeiro Especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem Médico Cirúrgica. Subdividido em três subcapítulos, referentes às práticas clínicas supracitadas, expõe o contributo destes contextos formativos para a aquisição, desenvolvimento e aplicação de saberes que delinearam o ser e estar como Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área da pessoa em situação crítica e de Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
De uma forma geral, a elaboração deste relatório permitiu-me desenvolver o pensamento crítico-reflexivo e capacidade de decisão relativamente às situações e/ou implicações éticas encontradas através da procura e comunicação de soluções de intervenção, baseadas na mais recente evidência científica, nos referenciais da profissão e nos direitos dos doentes, de modo a satisfazer as necessidades da pessoa em situação crítica e lhe proporcionar um cuidar holístico, especializado e de acordo com os padrões de qualidade.
In the third semester of the IV Master's Course in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Escola Superior de Enfermagem São José de Cluny in the academic year 2019 - 2021, the Internship Report Curricular Unit, recommends the realization and public presentation of this report, which had as main objectives (1) to demonstrate with the course carried out during clinical teaching I, II and III for the development and acquisition of skills in the Nursing care of the person and family in a critical situation undergoing cardiac surgery and (2) to demonstrate critical and grounded reflection , in the most recent scientific evidence and in the references of the profession, on the actions taken and their ethical and social implications as the essence of specialized Nursing care. Structurally, the report is organized into a single chapter, which highlights the importance of continuous learning throughout the professional path, edited by the 2nd cycle academic path, emphasizing the importance of becoming a Specialist Nurse and Master in Medical-Surgical Nursing. Subdivided into three subchapters, referring to the aforementioned clinical practices, it exposes the contribution of these training contexts to the acquisition, development and application of knowledge that outlined the being and being as a Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of the person in critical situation and Master in Medical-Surgical Nursing. In general, the preparation of this report allowed me to develop critical-reflexive thinking and decision-making skills regarding situations and/or ethical implications encountered through the search and communication of intervention solutions, based on the most recent scientific evidence, on the references of the profession and the rights of patients, in order to meet the needs of the person in a critical situation and provide them with holistic, specialized care in accordance with quality standards.
