O presente relatório, apresentado ao IADE – Faculdade
de Design, Tecnologia e Comunicação da Universidade
Europeia, visa retratar a experiência da mestranda durante
o estágio curricular de quatro meses no departamento de
comunicação do Grupo Visabeira no âmbito do Mestrado
em Design e Comunicação.
Primeiro é realizado um enquadramento teórico de temas
que suportam os projetos elaborados durante este período,
particularmente de temáticas como Cultura Visual, Branding
no séc. XXI e Sistemas de Identidade Visual.
De seguida é feita uma contextualização do estágio,
nomeadamente de informação relacionada com o âmbito
e escolha do mesmo, a duração e funções desempenhadas,
a entidade acolhedora, o local e equipa de trabalho,
a orientação científica e tutoria do estágio e os objetivos gerais
e específicos a alcançar. É também apresentada e analisada
visualmente a principal marca trabalha pela mestranda –
Montebelo Hotels & Resorts.
Depois são expostos três projetos ilustrativos do trabalho
realizado ao longo do estágio, acompanhados dos respetivos
briefings, processos de desenvolvimento e reflexões críticas.
Por último são apresentadas as considerações finais.
This internship report, presented to IADE – Faculdade de Design, Tecnologia e Comunicação at Universidade Europeia, aims to portray the experience of the master's student during the four-month curricular internship in the communication department of Grupo Visabeira, within the scope of the Master’s in Design and Communication. First, a theoretical framework is established, covering topics that support the projects developed during this period, particularly themes such as Visual Culture, 21st Century Branding, and Visual Identity Systems. The internship is then contextualized, including information related to its scope and selection, duration and responsibilities, the host organization, the workplace and team, the scientific guidance and internship supervision and the general and specific goals to be achieved. The main brand worked by the master's student – Montebelo Hotels & Resorts – is also presented and visually analyzed. Following this, three projects illustrating the work conducted during the internship are presented, accompanied by their respective briefings, development processes and critical reflections. Finally, final considerations are provided.
