São poucas as investigações no âmbito da Liderança Ambidextra e que procuram compreender o impacto da mesma nas intenções de saída e em organizações com culturas inovadoras.
Assim sendo, o presente estudo teve como objetivo estudar o impacto da liderança ambidextra dentro das organizações, especificamente na sua moderação na relação entre a cultura de inovação e a intenção de saída. O mesmo, estudo permite a melhor compreensão das variáveis apresentadas, e do impacto que as mesmas podem ter dentro das organizações, bem como, suas relações entre si.
A metodologia adotada foi a quantitativa, tendo sido realizado um inquérito por questionário. A princípio o estudo foi suportado por duas hipóteses, posterior a análise e tratamento dos dados foram adicionadas duas intercalares, fazendo um total de quatro hipóteses das quais duas foram confirmadas pelos dados.
