| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de investigação aplicada é subordinado ao tema: “A Formação na GNR – O Curso de Formação de Sargentos de Administração Militar”. Na prossecução do trabalho adotou-se o método hipotético-dedutivo, no sentido de dar um fio condutor à investigação. Assim, este estudo foca-se na resposta à pergunta de partida da investigação, resposta às perguntas derivadas e hipóteses de investigação. Ao nível metodológico foram utilizadas as obras de Sarmento (2013) e Quivy & Campenhoudt (2008), procedendo-se à análise de documentos, pesquisa bibliográfica e realização de entrevistas como forma de recolha de dados. O presente TIA é composto por duas partes: A Parte I – está constituída por dois capítulos e é direcionada ao enquadramento teórico do tema a investigar, onde são referidos conceitos teóricos relacionados com a formação nas organizações e empresas, bem como da formação ministrada dentro da Guarda Nacional Republicana, mais concretamente no Curso de Formação de Sargentos de Administração Militar; A Parte II – é composta por três capítulos, sendo que numa primeira fase irá ser apresentada a metodologia utilizada e procedimentos adotados no decorrer do processo de investigação, posteriormente irá ser feita a análise e discussão dos resultados referentes à análise do Curso de Formação de Sargentos de Administração Militar, e por fim serão referidas as conclusões a que se chegou. Foi verificado que o curso está relativamente bem estruturado, tendo espaço para melhorar, pois apresenta algumas lacunas ao nível de formação prática. O Curso de Formação de Sargentos de Administração Militar tem a duração ideal e ao nível estrutural encontra-se bem adequado, sendo necessário atualizar, introduzir e desenvolver alguns conteúdos formativos que não estão neste momento a ser adquiridos pelos formandos. Ainda do ponto de vista da sua estrutura, deverá procurar-se reduzir as desigualdades formativas existentes, tanto na admissão ao curso, como ao nível de conhecimentos práticos adquiridos no estágio. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This applied investigation work is subordinated to the theme: "The Training in the GNR - The Training Course of Sergeants of Military Administration". In the pursuit of the work the hypothetical-deductive method was adopted, in the sense of giving a guiding lead to the investigation. Therefore, this study focuses on the answer to the main question of the research, answer to the derived questions and hypotheses of investigation. At the methodological level, were used the works of Sarmento (2013) and Quivy & Campenhoudt (2008), for document analysis, bibliographic research and interviews as a way of collecting data. The present research is composed by two parts: Part I - consists of two chapters and is directed to the theoretical framework of the subject to be investigated, where theoretical concepts related to training in organizations and companies are mentioned, as well as the training given in Republican National Guard, more concretely in the Training Course of Sergeants of Military Administration; Part II - consists of three chapters, and in a first phase the methodology used and procedures adopted during the investigation process will be presented, while on a second phase the analysis and discussion will be made of the results related to the training course of Administration analysis, and finally on a third phase the conclusions I've reached will be mentioned. It was verified that the course is relatively well structured, with room for improvement, since it presents some gaps in the level of practical training. The Training Course of Sergeants of Military Administration has the ideal duration and at the structural level it is relatively well suited, although it is necessary to update, introduce and develop some training content that is not currently being acquired by the trainees. Still from the structural point of view, it should also be sought out a way to reduce existing educational inequalities, both in admission to the course and in the level of practical knowledge acquired during the internship. | pt_PT |
