Este trabalho é um relatório de estágio desenvolvido na SGS (Sociedade Geral de Superintendências). Optou-se pela área de Recursos Humanos porque hoje em dia, o departamento dos Recursos Humanos desempenha um papel fundamental nas Organizações e na sustentabilidade das mesmas.
A SGS, onde se realizou o estágio, é a prova disso mesmo, apesar do objetivo principal da empresa acentuar na inspeção, verificação, testes e certificação de produtos e serviços, esta Organização aposta abundantemente nos Recursos Humanos como o elemento-chave do sucesso. Este departamento assume uma função essencial na relação com os colaboradores, mas também enquanto parceiro estratégico das diferentes áreas de negócio e da gestão de topo da organização.
Assim, com a realização deste relatório pretende-se aprofundar as tarefas desenvolvidas no estágio, seguidas de um balanço critico devidamente sustentado por uma revisão de literatura. Apesar do estágio ter sido efetuado em diferentes áreas do departamento de Recursos Humanos, optou se por desenvolver e aprofundar teoricamente a área da Formação.
O estágio curricular obtido possibilitou gerar conhecimento sobre a temática, sendo possível obter diversas conclusões sobre quatro áreas distintas, a Gestão Administrativa dos Recursos Humanos, a Formação, a Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e a Comunicação Interna.
This assignment is an internship project developed in SGS (Sociedade Geral de Superintendências). The Human Resources sector was chosen because, nowadays, this sector has a very important part in organizations and their sustainability. The company where this internship was carried out, SGS, is proof that despite the main goal of the company being focused on inspection, verification, quality control and certification of products and services, this organization invests abundantly in human resources as its key for success. Not only this sector plays a very important part in the relationship with co-workers, but also as a strategic partner in different areas of business and great management of the organization. That being said, the pourpose of this report is to enhance the developed tasks during the internship, followed by a critical balance supported by a revision of literature. Despite of the internship being carried out in different areas of the human resources sector, it was decided to theoretically develop and go further on the training department. This internship made it possible to generate knowledge about this topic, making it possible as well to reach various conclusions about four distinct areas, Administrative Management of Human Resources, Training, Social Corporate Responsability and Intern Communication.
