Abstract(s)
Tendo por base os fluxos migratórios e as relações de séculos do mercado português com o mundo, pretende-se desenvolver um plano de negócios para a análise da viabilidade do potencial de crescimento de um projeto. Este plano de negócios, além de permitir a gestão e sustentabilidade do negócio, servirá de linha orientadora para o lançamento da empresa, e será também a base para a negociação com a banca e possíveis investidores, caso seja necessário apoio financeiro durante os primeiros anos do projeto.
Como objetivos gerais este projecto aplicado pretende: Desenvolver e otimizar um processo orientado para o desenvolvimento de um plano de negócios, integrando as suas principais valências; Enquadrar o processo em um modelo conceptual de Plano de Negócios e Aplicar o modelo, à situação real, delimitando o seu âmbito de aplicabilidade e assim dinamizar e potencializar o crescimento da empresa. Como objetivos específicos pretende: Conhecer as motivações que conduziram as empreendedoras a empreenderem e investirem na empresa em estudo e, compreender o processo empreendedor e eventuais constrangimentos. No que concerne à metodologia, este estudo será desenvolvido com base numa metodologia de projeto aplicado, neste caso a um Plano de negócios de um projeto, visando a aplicação dos conceitos teóricos levantados na pesquisa bibliográfica. Para tal, foi necessário analisar a envolvente interna e externa da empresa, de modo a serem formuladas as estratégias e definidas os requisitos para a sua implementação.
O desenvolvimento deste Plano de Negócios sugere que o projeto tem viabilidade para prosseguir com a criação de uma empresa e espera que o mesmo possa ainda, numa perspetiva de impacto de carácter social, contribuir para os contextos das migrações e sua formalização no país de acolhimento. Adicionalmente, este projeto mostra novas perspetivas e possibilidades de estratégias de crescimento quer no contexto nacional, quer no internacional.
Based on the migratory flows and relations of centuries of the Portuguese market with the world, in this project, I intend to develop a business plan to analyze the viability and growth potential of a project. This Business Plan, in addition to allowing the management and sustainability of the business, will serve as a guideline for the launch of the company, and will be the basis for negotiations with the bank and potential investors, if financial support is required during the early years of the business project. The overall objectives of this dissertation - Project (Business Plan) are: 1) Formulate and refine a process oriented towards the development of a Business Plan, integrating its main skills; 2) To frame this process in a possible conceptual model of Business Plan and 3) Test the proposed model through its application to the real situation, delimiting its scope of applicability and thereby enhancing the company's growth. Regarding the methodology, this study will be developed based on a project methodology applied, in this case to a Business Plan of a project, aiming to complement the theoretical concepts raised in the bibliographic research. For this, it was necessary to analyze the internal and external environment of the company, in order to formulate the strategies and define the requirements for their implementation. The development of this Business Plan suggests that the project is viable to proceed with the creation of a company and hopes that it can also, from a social impact perspective, contribute to the contexts of migration and its formalization in the host country. In addition, this project shows new perspectives and possibilities for growth strategies both in the national and international context.
