Abstract(s)
Este trabalho insere-se na área do português, em didática da escrita. O projeto foi realizado numa turma de 5º ano do 2º ciclo do Ensino Básico, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino do 1º e 2º ciclo do Ensino Básico.
O tema surge após observação da turma e depois de analisado um diagnóstico de escrita. No diagnóstico, os alunos apresentavam dificuldades ao nível da coesão e, por isso, foi escolhido este tema. A intervenção teve como objetivos: melhorar a competência de escrita dos alunos; envolver os alunos num projeto de escrita com sentido (o “estaleiro de escrita” de autorretratos); desenvolver estratégias de planificação, textualização e revisão de texto; e desenvolver capacidades de escrita de texto descritivo.
No quadro teórico de referência pretende-se clarificar todos os conceitos inerentes a esta investigação, como o modelo “estaleiro de escrita” que é estruturado para o desenvolvimento da competência de escrita.
O trabalho é baseado na abordagem de investigação-ação com a finalidade de identificar e modificar as dificuldades encontradas. As principais fontes de recolha de informação são a observação participante, as entrevistas e a recolha documental, que se traduz nos guiões preenchidos pelos alunos que são alvo de análise.
Como resultados obtidos, através da análise de dados, verifica-se que os alunos melhoraram o seu desempenho escrito após a implementação do projeto, tendo em conta os objetivos propostos.
This investigation concerns the subject of Portuguese and it focuses on the writing process. The project was executed in a 5th grade class of the second cycle in pursuance of a Masters in Primary and Second cycles of Education. The aforementioned theme emerged after the observation and analysis of the class and the students’ writing skills. In the diagnosis, the students demonstrated difficulties regarding cohesion, which propelled the choosing of this thesis. Therefore, its purposes are: Firstly, to enhance pupils’ competence to write; Secondly, to engage the latter in projects of coherent writing (the “estaleiro de escrita” of self-portraits); to develop textual planning strategies, as well as revision; and finally, to promote their ability to write descriptive text. In the theoretical frame of reference, one aims to clarify all inherent concepts to this investigation, such as the model “estaleiro de escrita”, which is structured for the improvement of writing expertise. The project is based in the approach of investigation-action with the intent to identify and modify the determined difficulties. The observation of the individual, the interviews and the documentation filled according to the students’ inquiries are the primary sources of analysis and sampling. With the attained results, through the analysis of data, it is possible to verify that all students improved their written performance after the implementation of the project, considering the conveyed goals.
