| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação desenvolvida no âmbito do Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada intitula-se “Prevenção do cibercrime: O contributo da Guarda Nacional Republicana na formação das novas gerações”. Sendo assim, pretende-se averiguar qual o impacto nos jovens das ações de sensibilização realizadas pela Guarda Nacional Republicana e assinalar quais os maiores riscos a que os jovens estão expostos. O método aqui empregue é o dedutivo. Utilizamos também os métodos qualitativo e quantitativo. O primeiro baseou-se em análise documental e o segundo materializa-se nos questionários que realizamos e consequentemente analisámos. Estes métodos possibilitaram dar as respostas às perguntas de partida e derivadas. O trabalho começa com o tema da prevenção criminal onde falamos de prevenção em geral e também dos tipos de prevenção criminal. Passamos de seguida para uma abordagem teórica do conceito de cibercrime onde explicamos o que é o ciberespaço e em que consiste o crime, acabando o enquadramento teórico por uma passagem pela nova geração e algumas das suas características, bem como pelas ações que a Guarda Nacional Republicana desenvolve para a prevenção da cibercriminalidade. De seguida apresenta-se a metodologia antes de fazermos a apresentação, a análise bem como a discussão de resultados. Terminamos o trabalho com as conclusões e propostas para investigações futuras. No fim da investigação conclui-se que os jovens, apesar de não estarem muito recetivos a alterarem os seus comportamentos parecem, pelo menos, ficar mais consciencializados dos riscos existentes e daquilo que efetivamente fazem na internet. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research is entitled "Cybercrime Prevention: The contribution of the Guarda Nacional Republicana in the education of the new generations". Therefore, it is intended to investigate the impact on young people of the sensitization actions carried out by the National Republican Guard and to point out the greatest risks to which young people are exposed. The method used here is the deductive. We also use qualitative and quantitative methods. The first one was based on documentary analysis and the second one is materialized in the questionnaires that we realized and consequently we analyzed. These methods made it possible to answer the questions of departure and derived questions. The work begins with the theme of criminal prevention where we speak of prevention in general and also of the types of criminal prevention. We then proceed to a theoretical approach to the concept of cybercrime where we explain what cyberspace is and what crime consists of, ending the theoretical framework by a passage through the new generation and some of its characteristics, as well as by the actions that the Republican National Guard develops for the prevention of cybercrime. Next, the methodology is presented before presenting, analyzing and discussing results. We finished the work with the conclusions and proposals for future investigations.At the end of the research it is concluded that young people, although they are not very receptive to changing their behavior, seem at least to be more aware of the existing risks and of what they actually do on the internet. | pt_PT |
