Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho é resultado da aplicação de um conjunto de ferramentas e
modelos teóricos que permitem enquadrar as estratégias seguidas pelos diferentes
mercados, com o objetivo de compará-los e identificar os modelos que melhor
respondem ao contexto organizacional da companhia aérea Angolana TAAG.
Foi feita uma análise explicativa dos dados e verificou-se que todas as rotas
domesticas servidas pela companhia aérea apresentam uma margem negativa e têm
um alto custo operacional. Para dar solução a este problema, utilizamos a combinação
de um modelo de planeamento de redes aéreas e a programação linear para obter
resultados positivos em todas as rotas, estudando o risco de a probabilidade de uma
rota não ser lucrativa.
Tendo em conta o contexto da crise económica contínua que o País enfrenta, a
rentabilidade da companhia aérea nacional TAAG apresenta-se condicionada pelo
desenvolvimento da atividade num mercado em estado de crescimento, onde a
procura apresenta um decréscimo no sector doméstico.
Desenvolvemos três cenários até chegar á solução ótima.
The present work is the result of the application of a set of tools and theoretical models that allow framing the strategies followed by the different markets in order to compare them and identify the models that best respond to the organizational context of the Angolan airline TAAG. An explanatory analysis of the data was made and it was found that all domestic routes served by the airline have a negative margin and have a high operating cost. To solve this problem, we used the combination of an aerial network planning model and linear programming to obtain positive results on all routes, studying the risk of the probability of a route not being profitable. Taking into account the context of the continuous economic crisis that the country faces, the profitability of the national airline TAAG is conditioned by the development of activity in a market that is growing, where the demand presents a decrease in the domestic sector. We developed three scenarios until reaching the optimal solution.
