| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de investigaĆ§Ć£o debruƧou-se essencialmente no normativo legal em vigor que estabelece as obrigaƧƵes e deveres dos militares em regime de contrato para com a marinha e desta para com os militares. Ao longo do processo de investigaĆ§Ć£o, foi possĆvel constatar que existem normas gerais, para militares, que abrangem tambĆ©m os militares em regime de contrato e tambĆ©m algumas especificas e que estas estĆ£o partilhadas em vĆ”rias ferramentas legais, dificultando de alguma forma a compreensĆ£o e aplicaĆ§Ć£o dessas normas em determinados processos administrativos. Para alĆ©m do estudo de todo o normativo legal, foi efetuada investigaĆ§Ć£o variada, atravĆ©s de pesquisa documental, recurso a entrevistas e inquĆ©ritos, tudo complementado com um estudo de caso anĆ”logo, na ForƧa AĆ©rea, para melhor interpretar as dificuldades supracitadas. Por fim, foi possĆvel propor um despacho normativo interno que melhor defina alguns aspetos administrativos com mais pormenor, tentando assim, mitigar as dificuldades e incumprimentos administrativos sentidos na relaĆ§Ć£o da Marinha, com os militares em Regime de contrato. Abstract: This research focused essentially on the current legal regulation that establishes the obligations and duties of the military under contract to the Navy and from there to the military. Throughout the investigation process, it has been possible to verify that there are general norms for military personnel, which also cover military personnel under contract and also some specific ones and that these are shared in several legal tools, making it difficult in some way to understand and apply them certain administrative procedures. In addition to the study of all the legal regulations, a varied investigation was carried out, through documentary research, interviews and inquiries, all complemented by an analogous case study in the Air Force to better interpret the difficulties mentioned above. Finally, it was possible to propose an internal normative dispatch that would better define some administrative aspects in more detail, trying to mitigate the difficulties and administrative deficiencies felt in the relation of the Navy, with the military under Contract regime. | pt_PT |
