Abstract(s)
estarão a médio e longo prazo.
competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em saúde familiar e
competências do grau de mestre.
Lifestyles influence daily habits, with a significant impact on health, determining, for most people, how healthy or sick they will be in the medium and long term. Increasing the longevity of the population has stood out as a current topic. The nurse specialist in family health has a leading role in promoting healthy lifestyles for elderly people and their families. This role is crucial in motivating them to acquire them in the correct treatment of type II diabetes, to prevent complications due to lack of blood glucose control. Diabetes is influenced by the sociocultur al context of the family and the proximity between the elements changes daily life through reciprocal sharing, as in cohabitation between spouses. I developed an intervention project with the objective: to develop common and specific skills for nurses specializing in family health, intervening in the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the spouses of elderly people with type II diabetes. The Methodology was based on the application of the nursing process to families. In the first phase, evaluation and data collection, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. From the results of the fantastic lifestyle survey, nursing diagnoses were identified, constituting the negative stressors: compromised eating pattern; compromised exercise pattern; compromised sleep, overweight and obesity. Not abusing alcohol and tobacco are lifestyle styles that are protective factors. The intervention was based on scientific evidence and the Betty Neuman model. The results showed an increase in knowledge in the field of healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, BMI and some changes in the acquisition of healthy lifestyles. This report translates a detailed reflective analysis of the activities carried out throughout the journey, allowing the identification and description of the process of acquiring common and specific skills for nurses specializing in family health and master's degree skills.
